GO TO THE BEACH!

#1 Request: It’s gotta be close to the beach! You can live “ON” the beach but you will pay A LOT MORE $$$ to purchase. Then your ongoing property tax, insurance, HOA fees will double or more.

If you live “close” our to many beaches ( see map) then you will either get a lot more home for the money or pay 1/2 as much!

If you want to go to the beach and bring along a chair, cooler, towels, and all of your beach stuff, you are going to drive anyway.

The best way to have it all is to live close but not on top of the beach…. Trust me, I been going to these beaches for 40 years!
