Capri Isles is an established golf community on Capri Isles Boulevard, just off East Venice Avenue. It is built around the semi-private Capri Isles Golf Club, an 18-hole, par-72 course that opened in the early 1970s, and it sits only about 2 to 3.5 miles from downtown Venice.

Capri Isles is not one big HOA. It is a collection of separate condo, villa and single-family associations set around the course, lakes and sidewalks. Names you will see in listings include:

- Fairways of Capri
- Golf Green
- Golfview
- Palm Villas
Homes and Fees
- Mostly low-rise condos and attached villas, plus some single-family homes, about 1,100+ residences in all.
- Sizes run from about 635 to 2,700+ square feet, and 2 bedrooms / 2 baths is the most common layout.
- Association fees vary widely by sub-association and can include exterior maintenance, cable and amenities. Some associations have their own pool, clubhouse, tennis and pickleball.
- Golf membership is separate from the home association.
